friendly staff convenient location tasty breakfast

the staff was friendly . the location proved convenient with beach access. the breakfast was tasty and filling each morning. it was a good way to begin the day before exploring the area and local attractions.

the hallway carpeting was worn with visible stains throughout. this affected the overall impression when walking to and from the room i had booked. i hope they address it soon.

a lovely experience

i stayed two nights and found the price reasonable, breakfast Included. the owner, kaz, Was friendly. he was very accommodating, and i would return.

the curtains did not block light well. it was not fitted well either. i caught my foot on a metal carpet guard.

Excellent Stay Near the Pleasure Beach

great selection pool table

The breakfast was first class. The selection had a wide variety, so the children could choose. The location is great near the Pleasure Beach. There is a pool table and darts board available and the owner let my son use them freely.

The room was very hot. I have no complaints.

warm welcome clean room fluffy towels comfy bed

The owner gave a warm welcome. the room was clean. It included plenty of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, biscuits, and bottled water. the bed felt comfy, and large fluffy towels were available. the shower was great.

The bathroom pipes were on show. They were not plumbed in.

The breakfast was gorgeous. I enjoyed the nicest hash browns i have ever had. it was fresh, hot and filling. i am grateful for the wide selection available to guests.

my family suite was bigger than i expected, a pleasant surprise. the sea view from the room was lovely. i am very happy with the standard of cleanliness throughout the suite.

convenient parking tram stop plentiful food

The parking was convenient. I had no trouble finding a spot. a tram stop was right outside. This made getting around simple. breakfast included plenty of food. It kept me going for the day.

The hotel itself seemed a little tired in some areas. A bit of refurbishment could improve the experience
