The owner gave a warm welcome. the room was clean. It included plenty of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, biscuits, and bottled water. the bed felt comfy, and large fluffy towels were available. the shower was great.

The bathroom pipes were on show. They were not plumbed in.

The breakfast was gorgeous. I enjoyed the nicest hash browns i have ever had. it was fresh, hot and filling. i am grateful for the wide selection available to guests.

my family suite was bigger than i expected, a pleasant surprise. the sea view from the room was lovely. i am very happy with the standard of cleanliness throughout the suite.

The parking was convenient. I had no trouble finding a spot. a tram stop was right outside. This made getting around simple. breakfast included plenty of food. It kept me going for the day.

The hotel itself seemed a little tired in some areas. A bit of refurbishment could improve the experience
